[ et's bday ]
and out 9th month was a few days ago, but only celebrating tmr cos we both have no time (and cos he was on vegeterian, so no cake for him =D) and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO GET HIM -_-
buying stuff for guys is so tough. i should just buy stuff for myself..
am dying to go shopping................
and i HEART my new boots/dress/bag/etc from japan =D heh heh heh
my first time eating alone at a non-fast-food place today.. ate at swensens alone cos my bro pang se-ed me, mummy's in japan and et was busy. was so sick of macs (at it 3 days in a row cos of sch stuff) and other fast food (have been living on outside food cos mummy's away =( poor me) felt abit weirdy, but well, still ok la =D
anyway!!! am so glad yj finally received the bag and card.. gonna force the twins to send pics!!! =D

[ joeson's wedding! ]
my body has an automatic system to reject work. i think it's still in denial of the fact that the comp law assignment is due in 13 hours -_-''
attended joe's wedding earlier.. am really touched that he bothered inviting me! cos i'm a student and thus the angpow will also be student-sized. i didn't give more than $100, but i think it was still a pretty substantial amount =p. the wedding was held at mandarin oriental, my favourite hotel =D have to say that the service was really terrible.. anyway, what a weird day to hold a wedding -> thursday. but it was this exact date 2 yrs ago that he met adeline, so.. pretty significant huh? it's pretty interesting that joe is ur typical traditional man, probably similar-minded to me in expecting to be in THE r/s with THE ONE for a few years, get to know each other inside out before getting married, but they got married really quickly (by traditional standards). i guess cos both of them aren't really young.. i can't imagine being atached for only awhile before deciding to get married.. maybe in a way i'm influenced by my brother (yet again) who's been tgt with shufen for 7 years. long enough to know each other well, and enough to really decide whether they can tolerate each other for the subsequent 40+++ years. the joining of 2 separate persons into one happy entity is very joyous and touching event.. joe was still his usual -_-'' self, and adeline really really looks like elva hsiao! the best part of the night: when pam realised that adeline was her pri 6 classmate. amazing huh. we're the groom's frens but she and the bride go back a long way. all 3 of them were pretty stunned. =p the speech by the best man was really funny too (shows that birds of a feather flock together. his best man had the same sense of humour as him -_-) seeing them getting married made me feel the itch to get hitched (rhyming intended). weird huh. i feel the scary ticking of my biological clock (which is hyperactive ahead of time seeing how i'm barely out of teenhood -_-). THE PICS WERE PRETTY! and i'm just so happy for him =) joe is so similar to my brother, it's scary -_-'' can't wait for kor to get married now =D
ok back to comp law. amazing how i can find the time to blog but not to sleep............ -_-
