today was a good day.. or rather, tonight was a good night. it would have been more fun with c (so sad that u're not well yet dear =( ) and et maybe (hope his grandma is fine..) but still good! met the twins in town for dinner.. we were ALL early. it is so rare that i must mention it. OMG! i wasn't late! =D (and i still remember once, long long ago... how late the twins were in meeting yj and i in town.. -_-) we had sushi from taka supermarket! omg SO CHEAP! =D the twins had some bad encounters with mean aunties over chopsticks.. and that was when i FIRST heard di make such a bimbo-bitchy remark ("so MEAN!!!!!!!!") heh =D then we went to walk around. good thing i wore my super ma fan shoes (the purple ribbon-tie ballet heels) so i couldn't try on shoes and thus not tempted to buy shoes when the twins did =p (shit i just realised! i didn't take a pic of my outfit! and so many pple thought i looked good in it! =( ) and went shopping around before heading down to wala.. there were so many pple at wala! eic is really popular =D had to make an impt phone call so i went downstairs, and while pacing up and down (along the zigzag yellow lines) i noticed a group of guys looking at me.. with them was lloyd (who, for once, wasn't checking me out -_-) but et had to leave then, so i didn't say hi to lloyd.. so it was back to the twins and i.. into wala! counter had seats, so we had drinks. daph had her s'pore sling (which we all agree was icky), me daiquiri (which took me 20mins to decide on) and di with her gunner. and fries! we wanted to leave at 1130 to take a bus back before we missed the last bus, but after leaving wala and walking a bit, we were too tempted by the good music and went back to wala =D sat at the table in front =D got to know a bartender (who gave us a free drink! =D) and rai from eic (when we decided to request a song and bartender edwin helped us) as well as the really amusing table of pple beside us (who gave us a slice of the bday girl's bday cake and took pics with us) =) THE MUSIC WAS GREAT! we must make sundays at wala a permanent fixture! (or weds at timbre or thurs at bala.. all with eic too =D)

Really? Daph's Singapore Sling was bad? I tried one once on the plane and thought it was pretty ok, and you know how I am with alcohol. :p Maybe you just had a really bad bartender. :p
I'm tempted to watch the vid but since I'm in the school computer lab now I can't. Shall do it when I get back.
